Look i know this has been posted somewhere but the search did not turn up anything.

The fact of the matter is when Gw first came out obsidian armor was the stuff to have cause of the price and looks. And i still want a set. now people can go and buy kurzick or luxon 15k armors that also look bad ass but my point is with price of obsidian being as high as it is it should atleast stand out even more now since factions came out. did a few calculations earlier today and as it stands for a warrior set of obsidian with knight's armor stats will set you back around 1,2 mil if you buy everything now you can buy atleast 2 maybe 3 sets of 15k luxon or kurzick with that amount which brings me to the point of this thread arena net should either reduce the price on obsidian and make it easier to craft or make it worthy of that price tag and difficulty to obtain the crafter in the fissure with some really desirable stats.

any thoughts, hints, ideas and even flames are welcome. aslong as it's contructive

and ill never beable to get any of this b/c i dont play that much nor have no idea on how to get 100k+

easy way to get 100k, pick a char, do all the primary missions straight through, sell the junk you get that you dont need to the merchant, get 30-60g for each white item, 200 or so for precios blue items. dont buy anything you dont need. only get armor once, max 1.5k armor, this will give you best armor you can get for best price, even basic armor without other perks will do fine, then just horde ur money, i did this with my assasin, and held onto my golds till i beat the game and had about 60k and 13 gold items in my bags. also, if you must have a max dmg weapon, just get a max dmg low req white weapon, mods wont be there, or a blue one, doesn need to be pretty, if ur a caster its ur skills and stats doing the dmg. if your a warrior or an assasin, or just need a perfect weapon but want to save money for your 15k or obsidian armor then get collectors stuff, its free. free max armor, max weapons, etc this will allow you to save 75k very fast, in a matter of 2-3 days. i like to find missions that drop good weapons, collectables or have good chests, and put my monk and tank in them and help goups complete them while i get my drops and chest items. i have made and spent well over 1million gold on armor, weapons and other junk.

if you really want your obsidean armor this i think is the best way to make ur money. also, if you get a junky weapon with a decent mod on it, salavage the mod, cuz 500g is 10x the value you might make selling the weapon to the merchant. and if you get collectable items that are worth 20g and the collected items take 5 collectables and are worth 125g, then save them and sell them to merchant, easy proffit. anyways, tahts how i made all my money in a nutshell and its how im going to get my 15k imperial and exotic armors.

obsidian armor is a bit more tricky chief you need 110 ecto and 110 shards for crafting
